We offer Free Ground Shipping on any orders over $250. This is only applies to orders within the USA only. Excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
Yes, we offer expedited shipping on products that are currently in stock. Expedited options are available through FedEx or UPS, and rates can be viewed during checkout.
Please note that our daily shipping cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

While we do our best to keep all items listed on our website in stock, availability can change quickly due to high demand or supplier delays.
If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, Nations will notify you as soon as possible. When available, we’ll offer an alternative product of equal quality and value if availalbe. If no suitable replacement is available or if you prefer not to accept a substitute your order will be cancelled, and you’ll receive a full refund.

We’re happy to help if your order hasn’t yet entered the shipping process. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it unfortunately cannot be canceled.

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in new, unused condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and certain products may not be eligible for return. Nations Starter and Alternator reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving suspicious activity, payment irregularities, or violations of our terms. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Nations Starter and Alternator is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on order. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info entered on order. Upon inquiry, Nations Starter and Alternator will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. In the case that your shipment is lost or stolen in transit; the customer is responsible to file a claim with Carrier. Title and risk of loss for all shipments pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier, regardless of shipping method or carrier.
