WARRANTY POLICY
Nations limited warranty program allows the customer to return their Nations product for repair for the Warranty period after the alternator purchase date.
1. Certificate of Warranty - 1 Year Standard(excludes High Amp and Solenoid Repair Kits)
LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE for Nations Auto Electric Inc.
Nations Auto Electric, INC.(hereinafter referred to as the Company) warrants to the original purchaser ororiginal user that all Nations Auto Electric, Inc. alternators sold by it andall parts thereof are free from defects in material or workmanship under anormal use and services. The Company's sole obligation under this warrantyshall be limited to furnishing replacement parts, F.O.B. Cape Girardeau, MO,for 12 months from the date of purchaseon products sold from Nations Auto Electric Inc. Company's examination shalldisclose to its satisfaction to be defective.
WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY. Using Company troubleshooting form, if unit appears tobe defective Company will issue a RA Number. Any units sent to Company withoutan RA will be refused. Upon arrival the unit will be evaluated and if found tobe defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, and serialnumbers shall be amended with an "X" and returned at no cost via FedExground to the user or dealer. The end user or dealer may upgrade to expeditedshipping by providing credit card for upgrade. Repairs limited to twounits per VIN, subject to NAE discretion. Units found not to be defectivewill be returned to user via user or dealer's shipping account number, or atthe user or dealer's expense. If you decide to purchase a new alternator before sending in the original purchase, you will be charged. We do not issue refunds for this purchase once we receive an alternator back that has been declared defective. We will repair defective alternator and send back to customer.
MISUSE. Brushes are considered a normal wear item and can berepaired and replaced within its warranty period at a reduced cost to be no morethan $95.The product must be returned to Company, freight prepaid to have thisservice performed. The company publishes performance specifications foralternators including output curves.
The warranties provided hereinwill not apply if the alternator, in the judgment of the company, has beensubjected to overload beyond published output ratings, misuse, excessivecontamination, negligence, accident, corrosive atmospheres, paint over-spray,open circuit voltage, welding on the chassis, excessive thermal shock,excessive vibration, stators that are burned up, physical damage to thealternator, damage due to dropping the alternator, alterations by unauthorizedpersonnel, disassembly, operation contrary to the Company's instructions or ifthe serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed. The Company shall notbe liable for any default or delay in the performance of these warrantiescaused by contingency beyond its control, including war, government restrictionor restraints, strikes, fire, flood or short or reduced supply of rawmaterials, or parts. Units subject to misuse will be repaired and billed at NAEstandard parts costs, plus shipping. Parts prices can be obtained by callingNations Auto Electric, INC.
VOID. The warranties herein shall be null and void if thealternator is not installed according to Company instructions, and B+ ANDground wires to chassis are upgraded to a MINIMUM 2GA AWG or bigger dependingon the output of the alternator and/or if the alternator is not maintainedaccording to Company's instruction.
REMEDY. The warranties set out in this certificate are theexclusive remedy of the original owner or user in lieu of all other warrantieswritten, oral or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitnessfor the purpose, which are expressly excluded) and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of theCompany, and the Company neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assumefor it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale,installation or use of the alternator or any parts thereof.

3. Certificate of Warranty - Optional 5 Year Extended Warranty for High Amp Alternators over 200 Amps
LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE for Nations Auto Electric Inc.
Nations Auto Electric, INC.(hereinafter referred to as the Company) warrants to the original purchaser ororiginal user that all Nations Auto Electric, Inc. alternators sold by it andall parts thereof are free from defects in material or workmanship under anormal use and services. The Company's sole obligation under this warrantyshall be limited to furnishing replacement parts, F.O.B. Cape Girardeau, MO,for 5 Years from the in original purchase date on products sold from NationsAuto Electric Inc. This 5 year warranty must be purchased by consumer to receive specified coverage at date of purchase for an additional $100 and must be approved by Nations Auto ElectricInc. at time of purchase. Some productswill not be applicable to this warranty. Company's examination shall discloseto its satisfaction to be defective.
