Replacement for 6.5 Diesel Hummer Starter
I bought this as a replacement for a 6.5 diesel H1 Hummer. It starts the engine much quicker than the stock starter. It did not require any shims. But I did have to add extra washers to the bolts, since the body of this unit is ~ .25inches thinner.It works excellent!Note: This is a high speed gear reduction starter.
