Original sales receipt MUST accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund minus 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost of $25 per box will be deducted from your credit or refund. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition." If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Powder Coating charges are non-refundable. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. There are no returns on electrical items, contacts, plungers, or repair kits.

Nations Starter and Alternator is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on order. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info entered on order. Upon inquiry, Nations Starter and Alternator will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. In the case that your shipment is lost or stolen in transit; the customer is responsible to file a claim with Carrier.
