Used On: (2003-01) Ford Excursion, F Series Pickup 7.3L (Power
Stroke Diesel)

Replaces: Nippondenso 228000-842 Lester Nos: 17802

Notes: 2-2197-ND will also replace 2-2197-FD (Lester 6669, Ford
style, 2-mtg ear) & 2-1748-MI (Lester 17578, Mitsubishi style, 3-mtg.
ear) starters. When replacing 2-2197-FD (Lester 6669, Ford style)
the 2-tabs on the vehicle's battery cable end must be snipped off in
order for the cable to fit tightly on the 2-2197-ND battery stud &
insulator.
